Profile
Ms. Wienckowski represents and advises you in real estate law with a focus on commercial tenancy law. Other areas of expertise are real estate brokerage law, property management, neighbor law real estate law, residential property law and private construction law.
She joined Breiholdt und Partner in October 2025, having previously worked for fourteen years at FPS Berlin as a lawyer, specializing in real estate law, where she qualified as a specialist solicitor for tenancy and residential property law in 2014, and prior to that as a mediator (DeutscheAnwaltAkademie) in 2009. After being admitted to the bar in 1999, she worked until 2008 as a corporate counsel and authorized signatory at a real estate service provider in Berlin, focusing on real estate issues and property management. Ms. Wienckowski studied at the Free University of Berlin and completed her legal training at the Berlin Court of Appeal with an internship in Moscow.
In her role as mediator, Ms. Wienckowski can provide sustainable solutions that transcend the positions in dispute.
